Hi I'm Kirstie. I'm 25 and am based in south Leicestershire. This blog started life in 2014 as Kimamely Beauty, which then became Behind The Scent. It became a place to document my trials and tribulations of trying to find my holy grail beauty products.

I fell down a rabbit hole of building a collection along the way, and in 2018 decided I truly wanted to live a more minimalist lifestyle. The name Behind The Scent got ditched for Kirstie Marie, to ensure it stays relevant as I evolve as a person.
